Please specify what costs will be covered by the host ministry during Rob & Millie's time with you. For example "We can cover flights for (x) number of people, accommodation, and food." Also, please specify if you will be receiving a love offering, and/or if you have a fixed honorarium that you provide for your guest ministers. This helps us budget and plan accordingly.
